Painter at heart by Notebookdane

Lately Ive gone back to painting, this time a focus on the environment that encompasses my values. I was wondering where my true values lie and how meaningful it would be for me. I have aligned myself with discovering the way of life that is good and honest for me, and since I’m Danish, the Old Norse ways and history of the Vikings has allowed me this opportunity that I am proud of.

Its only the beginning of a new journey and I will be exploring the mindfulness of my new project. I look forward to it.

The oil paintings are part of my women portraits, self portrait, and real people but with a focus on the Danish ancestry and historical data I will research. I think the shield maidens are going to a major part of my focus, Shamanism, women in society…when something this exciting happens, you kind of know you are on the right path in life.
